Adrina A. Quadrel, MA, LAC, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Counseling, Human Services, and Guidance, and a Post-Master’s in School Counseling from Montclair State University. Additionally, she is a certified School Counselor and Special Education Educator. Beyond academic and mental health realms, Adrina has seamlessly integrated wellness interventions into her practice, boasting a 200-hour RYT yoga certification from Indigo Yoga and a Holistic Health Coach certification from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN).
With a diverse background, Adrina has worked in schools and private group practices, assisting children, couples, adults, and families dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, goal-setting, parenting, women's issues, ADHD, and school-related challenges. Her extensive involvement in elementary schools and higher education has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of student development and the common mental health hurdles students encounter.
As an empathetic counselor committed to instigating positive change, Adrina specializes in providing a secure space for individuals to explore challenges, navigate personal growth, and enhance overall well-being. Utilizing a versatile approach, she employs counseling techniques tailored to individual needs and comfort, including strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducation, and mindfulness therapies.
