Hannah's approach to treatment is person-centered, humanistic, and strengths-based. She utilizes empathy, validation, and humor to form strong connections and ensure her clients feel heard and understood. Hannah believes in working together with clients to create a nonjudgmental space for them to recognize, understand, and alter their patterns of thinking, feeling, and being in the world. It is her top priority for clients to feel safe and comfortable to express themselves in their own way and at their own pace.
