He utilizes an integrative approach often drawing on Psychodynamic Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles and skills. Andrew strives to build a therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered and safe enough to make a mistake.
