Ms. Beatrice Keseru, LPC, has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, as well as Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the College of Saint Elizabeth. Beatrice is one of the Senior Trainers of Evolutionary Integrative Psychotherapy (EIP) at the Institute.
In the last decade, Beatrice has worked in a variety of therapeutic environments, including: residential, partial-care, as well as outpatient settings. She has counseled adults and adolescents with a range of diagnoses including: PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, as well as clients with previously diagnosed addictions. In addition, Ms. Keseru completed her graduate clinical internship in 2010 at the Cornerstone Day School in Mountainside NJ, with Dr. Edward Callaghan (the Institute's co-founder), where she gained valuable experience working with adolescents.
Beatrice utilizes a combination of approaches, including: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic theory, Evolutionary Psychology, and Mindfulness/Meditation practices, providing a tailored approach for each client. Beatrice enjoys working with individuals as well as couples.
Ms. Keseru has been asked to join the Institute by its founders, Dr. Thomas Hollenbach and Dr. Edward Callaghan, based on her natural clinical ability, her warm demeanor, her well-rounded therapeutic knowledge, as well as her expertise in Mindfulness and Meditation. Beatrice has been with the Institute since 2013.
