Liza Conlon Davidson, LCSW, LCADC received her Master of Social Work from Fordham University and her Master of Education in Counseling and Personal Services from the University of Maryland. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has 25 plus years experience as a therapist.
Liza has been a Clinical Supervisor/Director for hospital and non-profit facilities, including residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care in mental health, and other legally involved programs. She was a member of the New Jersey Co-Occurring Task Force.
Liza utilizes cognitive behavioral, rational emotive, motivational enhancement, and family systems therapy styles to help her clients gain an improved quality of life. She specializes in individual, couples, family, and group therapy for issues related to mental health, gender, relationships, trauma, parenting, and crises.
In addition to her clinical work Liza has supervised Bachelor’s and Master’s level Social Work and Counseling, as well as Licensed Social Workers and Associate Counselors. She is also a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor and has assisted at natural disasters, traumatic events, and military reintegration. She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
