Are you struggling with anxiety and depression? Do you want to better understand your symptoms and learn effective ways to manage them? Our new therapy group, "Coping Mindfully with Anxiety and Depression," is here to help.

This group offers a blend of psychoeducation and psychotherapy designed to enhance your understanding and management of anxiety and depression. Using the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, our sessions focus on the intricate connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By exploring these connections, we aim to illuminate how they manifest in anxiety and depression and guide you towards healthier coping mechanisms.

• CBT Techniques: Discover how CBT can help you identify and change negative thought patterns.
