Jessica Jordan, LCSW
Jessica Jordan, LCSW, has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and majored in Psychology as an undergraduate at Ramapo College. Jessica has worked closely with adults and adolescents with varying degrees of mental health disorders including Bipolar Disorder, Major Depression, different forms of anxiety and Adjustment Disorder as well as substance abuse disorders in partial hospitalization and outpatient levels of care. Jessica also has experience and training for individuals with different forms of trauma including domestic violence and physical, sexual and emotional abuse. Jessica is also a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider and has worked closely with former inmates of federal prison re-entering society.
Jessica holds special training in Illness Management and Recovery therapy and regularly practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychotherapy in both individual and group therapy. In addition to providing this therapy, she is certified to supervise fellow MSW students to help build career development. Jessica has always held a passion for Psychology and helping people since a young age and approaches therapy with an open mind and strong focus on her clients. She delivers very down-to-earth care when helping clients learn how to effectively cope. Jessica firmly believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the power of talking and of hope.
Jessica serves on the Passaic County Board of Mental Health.
